If you want to make your iPhone look and feel classy, there’s nothing easier than using a dark wallpaper.
I don’t know about you but I love dark mode everything, it spares your eyes when you’re on your phone late at night (don’t do that!) and it looks fantastic on Apple’s OLED screens.
These wallpapers work great as both lock screen and screensaver wallpapers, and all of them are free to download. Feel free to save as many wallpapers as you like!
To Save The Wallpapers For Your Background:
On mobile: Tap and hold on a picture -> “Add to Photos” (or screenshot it).
On desktop: Right-click -> “Save Image As…”, choose a folder to save the image to.
You can then Airdrop or email them to yourself to save on your phone.
To Set the Wallpapers As Background (or Lock Screen) On iPhone:
Open the Photos app -> Choose the photo you want to use -> Tap on the share icon on the bottom left () -> “Use as Wallpaper”.
From there you can move and scale the image, as well as choosing to keep the “perspective zoom” off or turn it on. Perspective zoom adds a subtle parallax effect when you move your iPhone around. I personally don’t like it so I turn it off.
Hit “Set”.
Choose “Set Lock Screen”, “Set Home Screen” (this is your background behind your app icons), or “Set Both”.
Voilà, you just gave your phone a chic makeover!
To make it easier for you to find what you like, I have divided the wallpapers by category. Keep scrolling for different types of wallpapers.
